We have the best team in the business and our training and selection process reflects this.  If you are interested in joining the best, we have a stringent set of requirements before taking any application to the first stage.  The pre-requisites are as follows: 

• Extensive Motorcycle Travel Experience. Proven personal travel throughout Europe and preferably beyond
• At least 10 years riding experience
• Experience in Practical Leadership and Decision-Making situations (Business, Sport, Coaching or Voluntary Work) 
• RoSPA Gold Advanced Rider Qualification
• First Biker On Scene (FBOS) or similar First Aid Qualification
